Wall of Beer

The great wall of liquid courage is near completion. The final bottles have arrived to Kenny's liquor, and will up and priced on the Thursday. I have tasted and reviewed almost all the staple selections and will slowly be uploading them to this blog. Keith and I will be trying to rotate in new seasonal and import selections in the future.

Other than the obvious reason of alcoholism, I truly have enjoyed trying to expand my palate. Trying to break down smells and tastes, and describing them has become quite the hobby. As you will notice some of my descriptions will not be that of a true beer nerd, but how I can relate to them. Smells and tastes are strongly tied to memory, so watch out for some personal history.
Already I can tell this will be a good outlet for me, since I haven't written in sometime.
By the way, on a side note there will be a Blazer Club meeting tonight @ 9:00 pm, Alaskan Bar. Beau and I will be on the radio in about an hour, 100.7 fm. Peace
